Can ULM parlay last season’s strong finish into a Sun Belt title run in 2008?

Losing a 1,400 yard rusher is never easy, no matter how you shake it.
But the ULM Warhawks are in a pretty good position to challenge for the Sun Belt title this season, even without Calvin Dawson.

Last season, Florida Atlantic and Troy were the class of the Sun Belt Conference, and fittingly, the conference title and a New Orleans Bowl berth came down to the final weekend of the season, when the Owls and Trojans met in Troy.
