The season is still young, but that doesn’t mean that a game can’t have national title implications. Saturday, Doak Campbell Stadium will host one such game, as #1 Oklahoma comes to Tallahassee to take on #5 FSU in a showdown that has received no shortage of hype over the last several months.
A win for FSU would thrust the Seminoles firmly into the national title mix, while a road win for the Sooners would help solidify their status as the nation’s top team and a prime favorite to reach this season’s national title game in New Orleans.
