So, I’m a little late in mentioning it, but The Red Zone Report was featured as the Site of the Day on ESPN2’s SportsNation on Monday.
If I’d gotten a chance to, I’d have posted about it as soon as I found out, but hopefully you managed to catch it. And if you did, let me know what they said, because I didn’t get to catch it (cable-less this week too).
That’s an honor that was also bestowed on Sports Chump recently as well, and one of our blog buddies No Guts, No Glory was named Site of the Day as well, so we’re in some pretty good company, I’ll say.
It’s a nice way to cap a year that has seen us beat last year’s numbers thanks to quite the strong surge over the last few months, and we’ll be hitting the two-year mark in a little less than two weeks.
I won’t get too sappy, but thanks to the contributors that help make the site what it is, and thanks to those who come by every day and check us out. As nice as 2009 is finishing, 2010 will be even better.
Dude, they should have put pictures of us in our tuxedos sipping champagne on the air.
Now THAT would have brought some traffic.
