Cardinals’ Boldin to be Game-Time Decision

This is old news, but we’re updating the fantasy twist.

is already a rock solid WR3 in all leagues, but Boldin’s absence or hindered presence makes him a fine WR2, while also elevating the mediocre stock of Jerheme Urban to a solid WR3 play.

Fully Practicing

This is good news, as no one wants to be short-changed by Glen Coffee anymore. Gore is just about 100 percent, so feel free to give him a go in his first game back against Houston this week.

Do note, however, that Houston hasn’t give up 50+ yards to a running back in three weeks.

Trent Edwards Expected to Miss Week Seven

Mr. Concussion almost definitely won’t face the Carolina Panthers this week, so Buffalo gets the exciting task on offense to work around Ryan Fitzpatrick’s inefficiencies.

His weak arm and child-like pocket presence makes for a bad situation for Terrell Owens and Lee Evans owners, despite Carolina’s beatable secondary.

Ahman Green Signs With Green Bay Packers

With DeShawn Wynn going on IR, this is purely a depth move, right? Not exactly. Brandon Jackson hasn’t been a factor all season, and Green brings experience and reliability (supposedly) to the Packers’ struggling third down back position.

Look for Ryan Grant to eventually lose some grind to the former Packer.

’s Injury Nothing Serious

He rolled his ankle against the Minnesota Vikings last week, but said if he had to go today, he could.

Baltimore is on a bye, so you have to look for help elsewhere, anyways, but at least you don’t have to worry about Flacco’s status for week eight.

Out Indefinitely

Norwood is dealing with a hip-pointer and will miss this week, and likely some more time.

Jason Snelling was productive last week in extended action, so look for him to pose as a weak Flex play for the next week or two while Norwood rests up.

Still Missing Practice

His hip is still bothering him, but he’s been resting since he left last week’s game, so he should be fine to face the Colts.

With the potential return of Bob Sanders, though, you can’t love his already weak chances of putting up solid numbers. Avery is a low-end WR3 until he can develop some consistency.

in Limited Practices

He only did individual drills, but it’s a far cry from where he was last week.

Monitor his status the rest of the week, as he’s currently listed as questionable for Sunday’s game. Considering Mark Sanchez’s performance last week and the Raiders stingy secondary, however, we wouldn’t advise using Cotchery as anything more than a WR3.
