It's inarguable. Peyton Manning and Tom Brady are, without question, the best two quarterbacks in the NFL. No ifs, ands, or buts about it. They are 1 and 1a. Which order? That's up to you.
However, seeing all the hoopla surrounding Brady's return to Patriots' OTAs got me thinking. When will their reign end?
