34. Oakland Raiders: Gosder Cherilus, OT, Boston College: Cherilus can help protect the franchise QB the Raiders drafted last year. Maybe he can open up some running lanes for Fargas and company, too.

35. Kansas City Chiefs: Brandon Flowers, CB, Virginia Tech: The Chiefs need help in the aging secondary and Flowers is a great pick.

36. New York Jets: Jerod Mayo, LB, Tennessee: Horrendous Jets defense gets young impact player.

37. Atlanta Falcons: Marcus Howard, LB, Georgia: Atlanta needs help just about everywhere and Howard had a great combine to vault into the 2nd round.

38. Baltimore Ravens: Andre Woodson, QB, Kentucky: Steve McNair is 1,000 years old.

39. San Francisco 49ers: Lawrence Jackson, DE, USC: Solid end prospect is a perfect fit for defense that needs some teeth.

40. New Orleans Saints: Quentin Groves, DE, Auburn: Groves might be the best pure pass rusher in the draft.

41. Buffalo Bills: Early Doucet, WR, LSU: Doucet provides immediate impact.

42. Denver Broncos: Pat Sims, DT, Auburn: Broncos need run stopper.

43. Carolina Panthers: Thomas DeCoud, S, Cal: Panthers need safety help after Mike Minter’s retirement.

44. Chicago Bears: Kevin Smith, RB, Central Florida: After an impressive combine, Smith earns a spot in the 2nd round.

45. Detroit Lions: Ali Highsmith, LB, LSU: Lions grab a solid LB in Highsmith.

50. Arizona Cardinals: Jamaal Charles, RB, Texas: If Charles lasts this long, Cards would be foolish not to draft him here.

51. Washington Redskins: Antoine Cason, CB, Arizona: Carlos Rodgers is coming off of an injury.

52. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Keenan Burton, WR, Kentucky: Solid player should make things easier on Garcia.

53. Pittsburgh Steelers: Chris Johnson, RB, ECU: Steelers add speedster Johnson to stable of backs.

54. Tennessee Titans: Andre Caldwell, WR, Florida: VY gets more help and a new speedster to throw the ball to.

55. Seattle Seahawks: Martellus Bennett, Texas A&M: Seahawks nab TE prospect to help block and catch.

56. Green Bay Packers: Red Bryant, Texas A&M: Packers continue to bolster talented defense.
